Practice your very best total-body posture while speaking in front of your listeners.

Your words should be clearly spoken at a pace and volume that allows everyone in the room to understand you.

Try to find a place of being simultaneously energized and relaxed while speaking, find your ability to be confident while at the center of attention.

Be present with your thoughts, feelings, and words, and especially to your recipients and other listeners during your presentation.
